Important!

Many MRI programs require special environment settings in order to function. Be sure to pay attention to the output when you install a port, as it may provide important instructions for setting up your environment (e.g. in your .cshrc or .bashrc). If you missed it the first time around, you can simply uninstall and reinstall the port to display the messages again.
