Current focus topics include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> concept representation and retrieval<\/li><li>phonological representation and retrieval<\/li><li>phoneme perception<\/li><li>orthographic and visual word recognition processes<\/li><li>aphasia diagnosis, classification, and treatment<\/li><li>language lateralization<\/li><li>preoperative language mapping and network abnormalities in epilepsy<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We use a range of methodological approaches, including cognitive and \npsychophysical measures, computational modeling, fMRI and structural \nMRI, MEG, voxel-based lesion-symptom mapping in people with stroke and \nepilepsy, TMS, and tDCS.
